Santhigiri Institute of Management organised two days placement training workshop “Future Ready” for students of St.Thomas College, Thrissur as part of CSR activity. Mr. Prasidh Prasad, Corporate trainers Mr. Abdul Kareem M A, Software engineer JP Morgan and Chase, other industry experts and placement training team of SIM were part of the training team to provide efficient placement training for the students to make them industry ready and confident enough to face an interview process. Students were trained with theoretical sessions on resume making and interview tips and where given practical sessions on group discussion and mock interviews.
