Dr. Sonia Elizebeth Thomas

Dr. Sonia Elizebeth Thomas is an academic professional with more than 12 years of teaching and research experience all through PG level. She has completed her PhD from Bharathiar University in the area Human Resource Management. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Masters in Business Administration from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam with specializations in HR and Marketing. She has taught courses like Quantitative Methods, Operations Research and HR Electives. She has proven her expertise in the research field with valuable publications in national and international journals.
